You can find us on the first floor of the Kumar Building on East Street in the Camp area. It’s an old part of town with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Kumar Properties And Housing Development Private Limited is a local business that grew out of a love for this city. Our office isn't the most modern place, but it has a lot of history and we feel at home here. We spend our days working on housing projects and trying to navigate the complexities of property development in a busy place like Pune. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic on East Street, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a polished sales pitch. We just try to be practical and honest with the people we work with. Building homes is a big responsibility, and we take it seriously, even if we don't always wear suits to work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, and we try to adapt along with it. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we’ve done before. We prefer it that way. It’s just about doing the work, day in and day out, and making sure the buildings stand tall. We think that being consistent is better than being flashy.
