KUMAR PROPERTIES AND DEVELOPERS LLP

Our office is located on the first floor of Kumar Capital on East Street. It's right in the Camp area of Pune, which is always moving. Kumar Properties and Developers LLP has been tucked away in this building for some time now. It’s a familiar spot for a lot of people around here. We handle property stuff, which means a lot of meetings and even more paperwork. The office isn't overly decorated or anything, it’s mostly just functional space where we get things done. Being in Camp means we are close to everything, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have a routine that involves checking on various developments and keeping track of what’s happening in the local market. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know. The staff here has been together for a while, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings to know who is doing what. We just get on with it. You’ll usually find someone at the front desk, and the rest of us are probably buried under some blueprints or out on a site visit. We try to keep things straightforward. No big speeches or fancy presentations here, just regular people working in real estate. It gets loud outside with the street noise, but inside we just focus on the projects we have going.
