We are based on the first floor of the Kumar Office building, which is at 2413 East Street in the Camp area of Pune. This part of the city has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk down the street. Our office is a busy place where we handle both construction tasks and property matters. Since we are in Camp, there is always something happening right outside our windows. The building itself is an older style, which we quite like. Inside, the space is filled with desks and cupboards full of property records and site maps. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about land and buildings, so the phone is usually ringing. It’s not a quiet library here; it’s a place where work actually happens. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for making tea during our breaks. The wooden floors sometimes creak, and the windows let in a good amount of light from East Street. We don't have a lot of modern art or fancy decorations, just the tools we need for the job. Most people find us easily because Kumar Office is a well-known spot in this neighborhood. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time, and it feels like home to us now. It’s just a standard office where we put in our hours and try to keep everything moving forward without any unnecessary delays.
