Kudalepatil Builders Llp is based over at Kudale Patil Estate in Hingene Kh. Our specific spot is at Survey Number 15/2/3/11, within the Kudale Baug area. It’s a place that carries the family name, so we feel a lot of responsibility to do things right. The estate is where we handle all the back-office stuff for our building projects. It’s not a polished corporate park; it’s a working area where you’ll see vehicles and materials coming and going. We have been in Hingene Kh for quite some time and have seen the whole neighborhood grow up around us. The office is a bit cluttered with project binders and site photos, but we know where everything is. We don't really go for the high-end office decor because we’d rather spend that time and effort on the actual construction work. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in the state, just the ones who do a solid job right here in our own backyard.
