We've been around the Kamshet area for a while now, specifically over in Bungalow Colony. Kswalls Developers Private Limited is basically just us working on local building projects. It’s a quiet spot here, 700 Bungalow Colony to be exact, and we mostly focus on what's right in front of us. Most days involve a lot of site visits and making sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes things get a bit busy, but we manage. We aren't a huge office with fancy coffee machines or anything. It's just a regular workplace where we get the paperwork done and talk to the crew. If you've been around Kamshet, you probably know the neighborhood. It's a nice place to work. We try to keep things straightforward. People ask what we do, and it’s mostly just making sure the houses and walls get built right. There’s always something to fix or a plan to look over. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the work happens outside. The weather here can be a bit much during the rains, but we keep moving. Being based in a colony like this means we see our neighbors every day. It’s not like those big city offices where nobody knows anyone. We’ve stayed in this spot for a reason. It’s practical and it works for what we need to do. Just a local group trying to do the job.
