Well, we’ve been here in Kothrud for a while now. The office is at Vrundavan Colony, which is a pretty quiet spot compared to the main road. KSHIRSAGAR INFRA & CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just us working through building plans and talking to contractors all day. It gets a bit messy with all the blueprints lying around, but that’s just how it is. Sometimes the tea guy is late, and that’s the biggest drama of the morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites around Pune. It’s not a fancy setup. There’s a desk that wobbles a little and some old chairs. We just try to get the work done without making too much of a fuss. People stop by to ask about their projects, and we usually have a lot to catch up on. It’s been a long road getting everything organized, and there are always more things to do than hours in the day. Pune weather is okay, but the traffic to Kothrud can be a real pain in the neck if you’re coming from the other side of town. Anyway, that’s our life here. We’re just a local crew doing what we know how to do. The address at S NO. 88/2 3B 1 is where you'll find us, though the building numbers can be a bit confusing if you’re new here. We've got files stacked up and plenty of work ahead.
