Our office for Kshirsagar Builders Private Limited is at K Square in Baner. We are up in office 301. Baner has changed so much in the last few years, it’s almost hard to recognize some parts of it. We’ve been part of that change in our own small way. We handle various building projects around this side of the city. The office is a busy place, usually filled with drawings and stacks of files. It’s not the most organized-looking spot in the world, but we know where everything is. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a sleek lobby or fancy furniture. We’d rather spend that money on getting better materials for the jobs we’re working on. Working in construction means dealing with a lot of different people, from laborers to city officials. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it’s the life we chose. We just try to be honest about how long things will take and what they will actually cost. There are no shortcuts that are worth taking in this business. We’re just local builders who want to see the neighborhood grow in a good way. K Square is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us when they need to talk. We keep things pretty simple and just focus on the task at hand. It’s a lot of hard work, but we are quite used to it by now.
