We’re based over in Nagpur, near Lalit Kala Bhavan. Specifically, we’re at P.T.S. Qtr No. 226 in Chandan Nagar, near Hanuman Nagar. It’s a well-known part of town. We handle a mix of development and construction projects. Our office is pretty modest. We have a few desks, some old maps of the area, and usually a pot of tea going. We spend most of our time out on sites, though. You can't really manage a construction project from behind a desk. We’re often out in the sun, talking to the laborers and checking the progress of the work. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of mud, noise, and sometimes things don’t go according to the plan. We just deal with it and move on to the next task. We’ve been in Nagpur for a long time, so we have a good sense of the local market and what people are looking for. We aren't a big corporate entity with a PR team. We’re just a bunch of guys who know how to build houses and buildings. We keep things straightforward with everyone we work with. If a project is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. No point in making promises we can't keep. It's a simple way of doing business, but it works for us here in Chandan Nagar. We've been at this quite a while now.
