Krushana Icecream Parlour

Krushana Icecream Parlour is tucked away in Vishrantwadi over at Rambaug Colony 2. It is a nice part of town where people mostly know each other. Our shop isn't hard to find if you are walking through the colony. We usually open up in the late morning and stay until the evening rush is over. The main thing we worry about is keeping the temperature right in the display cases so the ice cream stays firm. It is a small operation with just a few of us working here. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and organizing the cones. The kids from the nearby houses usually come by in groups after school and that is when it gets the loudest in here. We don't have much in the way of fancy decorations just the usual posters of the flavors we have that day. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it is quiet and watch the cars go by on the main road. The Rambaug Colony area is pretty relaxed and our shop fits right into that. We make sure to stock up on the popular stuff before the weekend because that is when families come in together. It’s a straightforward job and we enjoy being part of the local scene here in Vishrantwadi. Everything is kept clean and we try to make sure everyone gets what they asked for without a long wait at the counter.
