Krishna Ice Cream

Krishna Ice Cream is located in Bibwewadi, specifically at Shere Punjab Colony, 22-43. We are a small local spot. It’s mostly just us and the freezers. People from the colony walk over in the evenings when it gets a bit cooler outside. We started this because the neighborhood didn't have many places to get a cold treat. It’s not a giant factory. We do things on a much smaller scale here. The shop is simple, with just enough space for the counters and a couple of people to stand while they choose. Sometimes kids come in after school with their coins. We like seeing the same families year after year. The freezers hum all day and night, which is a sound you just get used to after a while. We don't have a big menu with a hundred different things. We just stick to what we know how to make. It gets really busy in the summer months, and we spend all our time keeping the stock up. In the rainy season, things slow down a bit, and we use that time to fix things up or just take a breath. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We aren't looking to become a huge brand or anything like that. We just like being the local ice cream spot for the people in Shere Punjab Colony. It’s a basic shop, but it belongs to us. We keep it clean and keep the lights on for everyone.
