We have been over at City Avenue in Wakad for quite a while now. Our office is M-69, sitting up on the fourth floor, which gives us a decent view of how much the S. No. 131(P) 1 area is changing lately. Most days around here are pretty similar, filled with a lot of paperwork and technical planning for different building projects around Pune. It isn't a massive corporate operation with hundreds of employees, just a small, dedicated team trying to handle the buildtech side of things without making everything too complicated. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, but we just make it work. People often stop by the office to discuss their projects, and we usually just sit down with a tea and try to figure out the way forward. It involves a lot of back and forth with different sites and tracking material costs. We try to keep our files in order and stay on top of all the local Maharashtra regulations that seem to change every other month. It is not always the most exciting work, spending hours looking at blueprints or spreadsheets, but seeing a structure actually take shape makes the effort feel worthwhile.
