KPN BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Gahunje, Pune, right in the Belmondo area. Our office is in Tower 17, flat 503. It is a bit of a drive from the main Pune city center, but this is where all the new building is happening these days. We are a small buildcon company, which means we spend most of our time thinking about construction and how to get things built properly. Being out here near the stadium means we see a lot of change every month. The office is pretty basic. We have got some desks and a lot of blueprints for different projects. We are not one of those massive firms with a glass lobby. We are usually out on the sites anyway, wearing boots and checking if the concrete was poured correctly. It is dusty work and sometimes the weather does not cooperate, especially during the monsoon season. We just try to stay on schedule. Most of our workers live nearby, so we have a good connection to the local community. We do not spend money on fancy ads. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It is a lot of coordination between the architects and the guys doing the heavy lifting on the ground. We have been in Gahunje for a bit now and we like how the area is developing. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to it.
