KPL BUILD CON LLP

KPL BUILD CON LLP is located on Sinhgad Road in Pune, over in the Hingane KD area. We are in the A-wing of the Kudale Patil Estate. Our office is on the first floor, at Sr. No 15. The 411051 area is quite a busy part of Pune, especially with all the traffic on Sinhgad Road. We can hear the buses and horns all day long from our desks. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some sturdy wooden desks and some old metal cabinets for our files. We work on building and construction projects. It’s a lot of coordinating with workers and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Some days are a bit chaotic when things don't go as planned, but that's just how the construction business is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We just need a place to do our work and meet with contractors. The light in the A-wing is decent during the morning. We usually have some snacks around because we tend to work through lunch when we are busy. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking site plans. We’ve been part of this estate for a while now. It’s a practical location for us to get around the city and see our various sites. We spend a lot of time on our feet.
