Koyana Dairy General Stores

We’ve been here at Koyana Dairy General Stores for a good while now. The shop sits right on the Main Road by Sangavi Chand Society in Navi Sangv. Most mornings start pretty early, usually before the sun is even fully up, because that is when the milk crates arrive. It is a bit noisy when the truck pulls up, but that is just how it goes in this part of Navi Sangv. People come in mostly for their daily stuff like bread, eggs, and milk, but we keep a lot of other things on the shelves too. It gets a bit crowded in here during the evening rush when everyone is heading home from work. The Juhu Church Road area is always busy, so there is constant traffic noise outside the door. We try to keep things organized, but when a big delivery comes in, there are boxes everywhere for a few hours. It is not a fancy place, just a regular general store where you can grab what you need. Sometimes the fridge acts up or we run out of a specific brand of biscuits, but we just get more the next day. Being in Sangavi Chand Society means we know most of the faces that walk through the door. It is a simple life running a shop like this, just keeping the shelves stocked and making sure the dairy items stay cold. We spend a lot of time just chatting with neighbors while they wait for their change.
