We started Kottayam Property Developers Private Limited a while back and we are based out of Pune. Our office is tucked away in Digvijay Apartment, right behind the City Pride cinema in Chaphalkar Colony. It is a quiet spot, which is nice when you are trying to get paperwork done. Most people in the neighborhood know the area because of the theater, so it is usually easy to find us at 3 Digvijay Apartment. We handle various property matters around here. It is not a huge operation, just a handful of us making sure things move along as they should. Dealing with property in Maharashtra can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the rules, but we have been doing it long enough to know the ropes. We spend a lot of our time out on sites or meeting people to discuss building plans. It isn't always glamorous work, often involves a lot of dusty shoes and long phone calls.
