Kotibhaskar Kairva Realty Llp operates out of Flat No. 3B on the first floor of Shivanand Apartment. We’re located in Kothrud, Pune, specifically around S. No. 121 and 122, Plot No. 66. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a big glass tower. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for the lift. We’ve been in this condominium space for a bit, and it suits us. The Shivanand Apartment is a well-known spot in this part of Pune. We spend our days dealing with various realty tasks. It’s not glamorous. There’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking at maps and documents. Kothrud is a nice area, quite settled. We just do our bit as part of the local community. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with files and a couple of computers. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy suit or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk. We like the practical nature of working in a flat. It keeps things simple. No big overhead to worry about here. We just focus on the realty work that comes through the door. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in Pune. We’ve got our own way of doing things, and it works for us day after day.
