Kothari Developers is based at Bonvita House, which is located at 36 J.N. Marg. We are right by the Mora Bhagal Char Rasta on Rander Road. If you know that intersection, you know it’s a landmark in this area. Our office in Bonvita House is where all the planning happens. It’s filled with stacks of blueprints, site maps, and samples of building materials. We aren't a big corporate developer with a glass skyscraper. We are just local people working out of a building on Rander Road. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or visiting sites to see how the work is progressing. The Char Rasta area is always buzzing with activity, which matches the way we work. We don't use a lot of fancy talk about "vision" or "luxury." We just look at the land and figure out how to put a solid building on it. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with rolls of paper and dirt from the sites, but that’s part of the process. Being at 36 J.N. Marg puts us right in the heart of things, making it easy to get to any of our projects. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a long time and we’ve seen how it has changed. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project. It’s about the bricks and the mortar for us, not the marketing. We’re just regular people trying to build things that last.
