Koral Realltech LLP operates out of Pashan Sus Road, which is a part of Pune that is growing really fast. Our office is at Flat No 01, and it's C/o Saurabh Kokate. We are located near the Balaji Mandir, so it’s easy to find us if you just look for the temple. The full address involves a lot of numbers like S No 120/5/1/2/8/10, but we just tell people we are near the Mandir. It’s a small, quiet setup in a residential building, which we prefer over a noisy commercial tower. We work on various tech and real estate projects from this space. It’s mostly just us and our computers, trying to stay on top of the work we have. Being in a flat makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have any formal uniforms or big meetings. We just get our tasks finished and talk to our clients as they come in. Pashan Sus Road can get a bit crowded during rush hour, but our spot stays relatively peaceful. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the local area quite well. It’s a simple way of doing business, and we like it that way. No big mission statements or polished presentations, just a regular office doing its daily work. Most of the time we are just busy with the details of the projects we have.
