Kool Homes

Kool Homes operates out of Laxmi Niwas in Pune, right in the heart of the city with the 411 001 zip code. This is an older part of Pune, so it has a lot of character and history around it. It’s a busy area, and there’s always something happening on the streets outside. We aren't a corporate giant with a massive headquarters. Our office is more like a family-run space where everyone knows each other. We spend our days looking at property plans and talking to people about where they want to live. It’s not always easy work, especially when the market is slow or there are delays with construction, but we stick with it. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff to describe what we do. We just build and manage homes. It’s about the bricks and the layouts, not some fancy dream we are trying to sell. Sometimes we make mistakes, or things take longer than we thought, but we try to be honest about it. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the locals know where to find us. It’s a comfortable place to work. We aren't looking to change the world, just to provide a solid place for people to stay in this city we call home. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep building and hope people like what we do.
