Our place is down in the M.I.D.C. area in Chinchwad, specifically 64/21 in the D-Ii Block. Being in an industrial zone like this means it's always noisy with machines and trucks moving around. Kontak Comforts has been operating out of this unit for quite a while. We focus on things that make life a bit more comfortable, hence the name, but don't expect a plush office. It’s a workshop and office combined. There is usually a bit of a smell of materials and metal in the air. The staff here mostly wears work clothes because things can get a bit dirty on the floor. We aren’t one of those big fancy companies with a receptionist and a lounge. You usually just walk in and find someone at a desk or near the machines. Chinchwad is a hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. We spend our mornings checking production and our afternoons making sure everything is packed right. It gets hot in the summer under the shed roof, but we’ve got fans going. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just rely on the work we do. People know us for being reliable in the M.I.D.C. circle. It's a straightforward life here. We start early, work hard, and head home when the shift ends. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our business and we’re proud of it. We take it one day at a time, making sure the orders go out as promised.
