Our office for Konkan Trails Lifespace Llp is on Senapati Bapat Road in Pune, right above the Domino’s Pizza. If you’ve ever been to the Phoenix Complex, you probably know where we are. We are in office 5A and 5B. It’s a pretty lively area with a lot of students and office goers walking around all day. The smell of pizza usually drifts up here in the afternoons, which is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on how hungry you are. We focus on lifespaces, which usually means stuff out in the Konkan region, but our daily grind happens right here in the city. The office is a bit cluttered with maps and project files, but we know where everything is. We aren’t the type to have a sleek, empty office. It looks like a place where people actually work. SB Road is always busy, and finding a spot in the Phoenix Complex parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. It’s a practical location for us to meet people and get things sorted. We just keep our heads down and work on our projects without much fanfare. It’s a local business, run by local people who know the area well. We don't need any fancy brochures to tell our story. We are usually here until late in the evening getting things done.
