Konkan Malleable Industries

Our workshop is out on Sanjan Church Road in Dhanakawadi. The address is 41427, which is basically where we do all our heavy work. It’s a gritty kind of place, full of metal and tools. We work with malleable iron, so things get pretty dirty and hot in the shop. We don’t wear suits here; it’s mostly boots and work clothes that have seen better days. The road outside can get dusty, especially when the trucks come by to pick up orders. We’ve been in Dhanakawadi for quite some time, and we know the other industrial shops nearby. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our day is spent on the floor making sure the machines are running and the parts are coming out right. It’s loud, and there is always a bit of a metallic smell in the air. We aren’t some big tech company. We make real things that people use in construction and machines. If you come by, you’ll probably find us covered in a bit of soot or grease. The office part is just a small corner with a desk and a phone that rings constantly. We just focus on getting the orders done and sent out on time. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We aren't looking to change much, just keeping the furnace going and the production moving along.
