Our office is over in the Gananjay Society in Kothrud. If you know Pune, you know Kothrud is a pretty crowded place but it has a good feel to it. We do engineering work here, specifically focused on the concast process. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at technical data on screens. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people who come here already know where we are. We have a few engineers who have been with us for a while. We aren't into big corporate meetings or long presentations. We just get the work done. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and old files, but we know where everything is. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and the afternoons are usually for the actual engineering tasks. It’s a steady pace. Sometimes we have to go out to visit plants, but mostly we are right here in Gananjay Society. We like the neighborhood because there are good places to get tea nearby. It’s a simple setup. We are just a group of people who understand how these industrial systems work and we try to provide what our clients need without making a big fuss about it. The traffic in Kothrud can be a nightmare sometimes, so we try to avoid leaving during peak hours if we can help it.
