This office is tucked away in Parmar Garden, specifically in Flat No 19 in the Lilly B1 building. It’s located in Wanowri, which is a pretty decent part of Pune to be working in every day. Working out of a flat makes the whole thing feel a bit more personal, I think. We aren't in one of those giant glass skyscrapers you see in the city center. It’s just us here, dealing with the tube investment side of things and keeping the records straight. Sometimes the neighbors come by or we see them in the hallway while we're coming and going, which is just how it is in Maharastra. The weather in Pune is usually okay, which really helps when you have to commute across town. We’ve set up our desks to make the most of the space we have in the Lilly building. It’s quiet enough for us to focus on what needs doing without too many distractions. We don't really have a big sign out front, so you kind of have to know where you're going to find us. Most of the work involves keeping track of various files and making sure the business side of the investments stays steady. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. It suits us just fine for the kind of work we handle. It’s not flashy, but it works for us. We just show up every morning and get through the tasks on the list.
