Kolte-Patil Developers Limited

We’ve been running our office at 1266 Sadashiv Peth for quite some time now. If you know Pune, you know the Peth areas are always packed with people and scooters zooming everywhere. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a plain spot where we handle all the developer work for Kolte-Patil. We spend a lot of our hours looking at maps, filing papers, and talking to contractors on the phone. It gets pretty loud outside during the festival seasons, but we just keep our heads down and get through the day's tasks. We don’t have a big, shiny reception area with free coffee. It’s mostly just desks piled with blueprints and folders. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but they do the job when it gets hot in April. We aren't interested in using a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days the paperwork moves fast, and other days it feels like we’re stuck in the mud. That is just how the construction business goes in a city like this. People stop by to check on progress or ask about prices, and we tell them what we know. We’ve seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little corner remains the same. It’s a practical place for practical work, and that’s exactly how we like it. We hope to stay here for many more years to come, as the city keeps on growing all around us.
