Kokil Infrastructure Private Limited

Our small office is over in Shop No 8 at the Swaroop Complex. We’ve been here in Pune for a bit, right on Plot No 14. If you’ve spent any time around here, you know how busy the streets get. We do infrastructure work, which basically means we spend our days dealing with the stuff that makes the city run, like roads or pipes or whatever else is needed. It’s dusty work and usually involves a lot of sweat. We aren't some big corporate giant with a glass building. We’re just a local outfit trying to do a decent job. Most days you’ll find us out on a site rather than sitting in the shop. Pune keeps expanding, so there is always a new project starting up somewhere. We handle the machinery and the crews, making sure things get done eventually. It’s not always pretty, and things go wrong sometimes, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being late. That’s just part of the business. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing because the work usually speaks for itself. We just want to get the job finished and move on to the next one. It’s a simple way of living, but it keeps us busy. The Swaroop Complex is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the guys to find. We just keep plugging away at it, day by day.
