Knobs And Keys Real Estate Services Private Limited is based in Hinjewadi, Pune. Specifically, we are located in the Blue Ridge Township, Phase-1. Our office is T-23-2902, which is quite high up in one of the towers. We are right behind the Cognizant building, so there are a lot of tech workers and commuters around this part of town. Working in a township like Blue Ridge is a bit different because it feels like a small city on its own. We have our desks set up here and this is where we handle all the real estate stuff. The view from the 29th floor is something else, especially when the weather is clear over Pune. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. It’s a modern area and the building is quite tall, so the elevators are always busy. We don’t have any fancy decorations in the office, just the basic things we need to work. Hinjewadi can be a bit of a trek with the traffic, but once you’re inside the township, it’s much quieter. We’ve been here in Phase-1 for a while and we’ve gotten used to the pace of the neighborhood. It’s a good spot for a business like ours because everything is right there. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized in the middle of all the paperwork and phone calls that come through every single day.
