We've been operating out of Vadgaon Sheri for a while now. Our office is over at Vascon Platinum Square, right in Phase II. It's a busy spot, but we manage. Mostly, we handle various development and construction projects around here. It's hard work, and the days can get long, especially when we're dealing with all the paperwork and site visits. We're just a small team trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, but we show up anyway. We don't have a big fancy office staff, just a few of us making sure the builds get finished. If you’re looking for our place, it’s Office 116. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time because of how the square is laid out, but once you're inside, it's pretty straightforward. We've seen a lot of changes in this part of town lately. New buildings are going up everywhere. We try to stay focused on our specific jobs. It isn’t always glamorous. There’s a lot of dust and noise on most days. We just deal with it. We've been here long enough to know the local rhythms. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in Pune, just consistent. We like being part of the local scene. It’s a good community. We keep our tools ready and our plans updated. That's really all there is to it. No big secrets or anything. Just us working.
