Kiran Shubharambh Balewadi Infra Llp

Our office is located at Flat Number 501 in the Kiran Songir building, which is on the Pashan Sus Road in Pune. It’s a growing area and we’ve seen a lot of new construction popping up around us. We are on the 5th floor, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the street level. We focus on infra work and this flat is where all the coordination happens. It’s a regular apartment that we use for the business, which gives it a bit of a personal feel. There’s a kitchen where we make tea and a main room where we’ve put several desks for the staff. We spend a lot of our time looking at site reports and talking to contractors. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have piles of papers and site maps pinned to the walls. Pune’s weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when we can. Working from Pashan Sus Road is convenient because we can get to Balewadi and other nearby spots pretty easily. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans. We just show up every morning, check the progress of our projects, and deal with whatever problems come up that day. It’s a lot of manual tracking and phone calls. The team is small, and we all know each other well. We just get on with the work without any unnecessary complications or fluff. It works for us.
