Kiran Metal

You can find Kiran Metal right at Shop No. 1 on H Ramaiah Lane in Seegebeli, Pimpri. It is a busy little corner of the world. We deal with metal all day, mostly moving heavy sheets and rods around. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack everything so there's still room to walk. Sometimes the dust from the street comes in, but that’s just part of being in this area. We’ve been at this location for a while and the locals know where to find us. It gets quite loud when the trucks are unloading nearby. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything like that. Just the name over the door and the stock inside. The floor is always dusty from the metal shavings and the wind. We spend a lot of time measuring things and cutting them down to size. It’s repetitive, but it’s what we do. If you come by, you’ll probably see me or one of the guys sitting on a stool near the entrance. We drink a lot of water because of the heat. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just handle the metal and make sure the counts are right before things go out. The lane is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache for everyone.
