Kinetic Infra Reality is based in the Chinchwad area of Pune. We are located at the Kinetic Innovation Park on Plot No. 18/2 in the D 1 Block. It’s right in the MIDC zone, so there are plenty of other industries and businesses nearby. Our name is a bit of a mouthful, but we basically handle infrastructure and reality projects. Being in an innovation park sounds fancy, but our office is pretty practical and down-to-earth. We focus on the building and development side of things in the Pune region. The 411019 area code is where we spend most of our time. It’s an industrial part of town, which suits the work we do. There is always noise from nearby factories and trucks moving around, but we are used to it. We aren’t a huge corporation; we are an LLP, which is just a smaller partnership. We don't have a lot of time for corporate speeches or polish. We just want to get the infrastructure jobs done right. Most of us have been in this field for years and we just enjoy the process of seeing things being built. If you come by the D 1 Block, you'll see we are just a hardworking group of people. It’s a busy life but it’s what we know.
