At KIANA SAHYADRI INFRASTRUCTURE LLP, we work out of Flat No. 407 in the Tranquil Park complex. It’s located on Porwal Road in Lohagaon, Pune. The survey numbers for the land are 296/3/2 and 296/6. Lohagaon is a bit quieter than the main city center, which we actually like. It’s a growing part of Maharashtra, and you can see new things popping up all over the place. Our office is more like a home office since it’s in a residential building. It makes the whole workday feel a bit more comfortable and less stiff. We don't have a corporate lobby or a bunch of signs everywhere. We just have our space where we manage our infrastructure projects. The area around Porwal Road is always evolving. We see the changes every time we drive in. Being in Pune City gives us access to everything we need, but being out in Lohagaon keeps us grounded. We spend our hours talking to vendors and checking on project timelines. It’s not a fast-paced, high-pressure environment in the office, but we stay busy. We have our files, our computers, and usually some snacks on the table. It’s a very human way to run a business. We aren't about big speeches or fancy titles. We just do the infrastructure work that needs doing from our little spot in Tranquil Park. It suits us just fine for the time being.
