KHAIRE BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Wadgaonsheri at PNO-3, right in the Ishkripa Sah Gariharachana area. If you’re familiar with S.No 42, then you know exactly where Khaire Buildcon Private Limited is based. We do building work, which in a place like Pune means we are always busy with something. Construction isn’t exactly a clean or easy job, and we spend most of our time dealing with the usual problems like material costs going up or finding enough workers for the week. Our office isn't much to look at, just a room where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings. We started this company because we know the building trade and wanted to work for ourselves. There are new buildings going up all over Pune, and we try to get our bit of the work done. Sometimes we are stuck working late just to keep things moving along. It can get pretty stressful when the weather doesn’t cooperate, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We don't use a lot of fancy words to talk about what we do. We build stuff. We hire local people when we need extra hands and we just try to make sure everything is solid. Living and working in Wadgaonsheri is okay, though the traffic can be a real pain sometimes. We just want to do our jobs and keep the business going year after year without too much drama.
