If you are looking for us, we are in room 104 of Anant Chambers. It is on J.M. Road, specifically 132 Shivajinagar. J.M. Road is always buzzing with people and cars, so it is a lively place to have an office. We are up in the chambers, away from the street noise a little bit, which helps when we need to focus on our plans and paperwork. We deal with development projects, but the office itself is pretty basic. We have some blueprints lying around and a few computers that have seen better days. Shivajinagar is a central spot, so we get a lot of people stopping in while they are out doing other errands. We are not the type to wear suits and ties every day; we usually just wear what is comfortable for visiting construction sites. A lot of our time is spent talking to contractors or checking on how a project is coming along. It is not always smooth sailing, as there are always delays or things that need fixing, but we just deal with them one by one. The building itself, Anant Chambers, is an older one, but it is sturdy and holds a lot of history. Being in Shivajinagar means we are right in the heart of things, which is good for meeting people.
