Ketki Builders Llp is based right here in Pune, specifically at S. No. 37, Plot 24. We are situated inside the Shri Gurukrupa Poorty Hsg. Society in the Dhankawadi area. It is a quiet enough spot for a construction office. Most days, someone is here at the desk handling the paperwork while others are out looking at sites or meeting people. Living and working in Maharashtra, you get used to the rhythm of the city. Dhankawadi has changed a bit over the years, but our corner at Plot 24 stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic near the society gets a bit much in the mornings, but that’s just Pune for you. We’ve been at this address, 411043, for a while now. Dealing with local building stuff keeps us busy. People often drop by just to ask directions or check on something. It’s a local operation. We don’t use a lot of big words or have a glossy brochure. It’s just us working out of this housing society. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the phone calls. There’s always some new project to talk about or some old plan to dig out of the cabinet. It’s simple work, really. We just show up and do what needs doing to keep the business running smoothly and fairly.
