KENJALE CONSTRUCTIONS & REALTY LLP can be found over in the Parvati area of Pune, right on the second floor of building 22. It’s an older part of the city, which we actually quite like. There’s a lot of history around here. We’ve been working in constructions and realty for a good while now. Our office is pretty modest. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of blueprints that never seem to get smaller. We don't do those big shiny marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have heard about us from their neighbors. It’s a word-of-mouth kind of business. Pune is growing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand. Sometimes the bureaucracy of getting permits can be a real headache, but we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. Construction is a long game. You have to be okay with things moving slowly at times. We spend a lot of time on site making sure everything is going okay. It’s not always pretty, especially when it’s raining or when a delivery is late, but we get through it. We’re just a local crew doing our thing. Sometimes the tea guy is late, and that’s the biggest drama of the day. We just want to finish the work.
