KBDM INFRA LLP

KBDM INFRA LLP works out of the Queens Tower building in Aundh. We are up on the fourth floor in flat K403. Aundh is a nice part of Pune, and it’s been a good place for us to set up our infra business. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all the survey numbers, but once you find Building 1, it’s easy enough. We handle various infrastructure tasks, mostly focusing on the local area and the growing outskirts of the city. Our office isn't anything special, just desks, some computers, and a lot of files about land and construction materials. We started KBDM because we saw how much work needed to be done in Pune as it expands. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job with the projects we take on. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do lasts. The team usually grabs tea downstairs and talks about the day's progress. It’s a relaxed atmosphere most of the time, though we take the actual building work very seriously. Being in Aundh means we are close to our clients and the sites we need to visit. It’s a practical location for a practical business like ours, and we like the neighborhood feel here.
