We are situated out in Sanaswadi, which is part of the Taluka Shirur area. Our facility is near Gate No-178, and it’s a fairly large space compared to a small shop. Even though the name sounds official, we are just people who like making food and ice cream. Being in Sanaswadi means we are a bit away from the main city, but there’s a lot of activity out here with all the different gates and plots. We spend our days managing the production lines and making sure everything is handled properly. It’s a lot of coordinating with the farmers who bring in the milk and the drivers who take the finished products away. The area around Gate No-178 can get a bit chaotic with all the movement, but we have our routine down. We aren't really a place where you just come to sit and eat; it’s more of a production site. We’ve been working out of this Post Sanaswadi location for a while now and have gotten to know the other people working in the nearby units. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we are always glad to be working around the cold storage areas. We just try to get the work done and keep the quality where it should be without making a big fuss about it. It’s just a busy place in Shirur where we keep things running.
