Kavix Constructions Llp

Kavix Constructions Llp is set up on Bhandarkar Road, specifically at 903 Yashashri Apartment. We use Flat 1 and 2, and we even have some space in the basement for storage. Deccan Gymkhana is a well-known area in Pune, and being on Lane No 3 means we are right in the thick of things. The basement is where we keep the heavier tools and some of the smaller supplies that we don't want to leave at a job site. The flats are where we do the planning and meet with people. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it feels more like a lived-in workspace. We’ve got stacks of paper and samples of tiles or stone lying around most of the time. Working in construction in an area like this means dealing with narrow lanes and tricky logistics. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries. It’s not always pretty, and things go wrong sometimes, but we just fix it and move on. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We build stuff. Whether it’s a renovation or something from the ground up, we just follow the plans. Our team is small, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you call. Being at Yashashri Apartment for so long has made us part of the neighborhood. We just want to do our jobs and go home.
