Kavach Developers

Kavach Developers is a small operation based out of Pune, specifically over in Somwar Peth. We set up our main workspace in Flat No. 26 within the Seeta Rama Park Society. It’s a quiet enough spot, mostly residential, which makes for a decent place to focus on our development plans. We spend a lot of our time looking at plots of land and trying to figure out how to turn them into something people can actually live in. Being in Pune, things move pretty fast these days, so there is always a lot of pressure to keep up with the new rules and the way the city is expanding. Our team is pretty tight-knit, just a handful of us who have known each other for a long time. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that; you just come up to the flat and we can talk over the table. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have all our files out, but it works for what we need. We handle everything from the initial designs to checking on the construction progress. It’s a lot of driving back and forth across the city, dealing with the 411011 traffic, and making sure the builders are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s simple work in some ways but complicated in others, and we just try to keep things honest and straightforward with everyone we talk to. We aren't trying to be fancy, just trying to build things properly.
