Kate Infrastructure LLP

We are based out in Katewadi, which is near Baramati in the Pune district. Our specific spot is 119/1, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Kate Infrastructure LLP is the name on our paperwork, but around here, everyone just knows us as the local guys who handle building projects. Being in the 413104 area means we cover a lot of ground between Indapur and Pune. It’s a more rural setting compared to the big city, and we like the community feel here. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or at construction sites, checking on progress. Our office is a simple place where we keep our records and handle the logistics. It’s not polished or corporate at all. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or the materials don’t arrive on time, but that’s part of the life we chose. We’ve grown up in this area, so we know the land and the people well. We don’t use big words or make fancy promises. We just tell you what we can do and then we do it. It’s a straightforward way of working that seems to suit everyone around here. Most of our days are long, but there’s a sense of satisfaction in seeing a project finished. It’s just us, working hard in Maharashtra to keep things moving forward.
