Our office is in the Shripad Building, which is part of Shriman Society in Karvenagar. If you know Pune, you know Karvenagar is a pretty established neighborhood. We’ve been based here for a good while, working on the technical side of the pharma business. It’s a quiet building, which suits us just fine because the work requires a lot of concentration. We aren't a big factory or anything; it’s more about the technical support and the planning. The team is small, mostly people who have lived in Pune their whole lives. We have a small cabin and a main work area where we handle all our technical drawings and client files. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just part of working in an older society building. We usually take a break in the afternoon for some tea at the stall around the corner. We don't have a big marketing department or fancy brochures. We just talk to our clients directly and figure out what they need for their pharma setups. It’s practical work. We’ve known the building owner for years, and most of us walk or take a scooter to work. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place to spend the day. We try to keep the desk clutter down, but there are always blueprints and notes lying around. We’ve been part of this society for a long time and like the quiet atmosphere here.
