Karandikar Infrastructure LLP is based right here in Pune. Our office is on Bhaktimarg, just off Law College Road in Erandwane. We are in Flat 4 of the Swati Apartments, which is CTS 50/18. Law College Road is a pretty busy and famous street, so it’s a good place to be located. We focus mostly on infrastructure work. This means we are often dealing with larger scale projects that involve a lot of technical planning. Our office at Swati Apartments is usually cluttered with technical drawings and site reports. We aren't the type of company that has a big polished lobby or a receptionist greeting you. We are more comfortable in our work boots out on a site than sitting behind a desk, though the paperwork still has to happen to keep everything legal. Being in the 411004 area means we are close to a lot of the action in Pune. We’ve worked on various projects over the years and we know the local regulations and the way things get built here. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we always find a way to fix it and move forward. We don't use a lot of fancy words or marketing talk to describe what we do. We just build the things that the city needs to keep growing. If you're around Erandwane, you might see us heading out to a project site early in the morning.
