We are just a few people working out of a flat here. The office is basically a regular living space that we turned into a workspace. Most mornings we spend time catching up on emails and checking our schedules. Being in Pune means it gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. The building itself is quite nice and the neighbors are mostly families. We handle the resort business and living spaces from this spot. It involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of different properties. Sometimes it feels like there is too much paperwork for just a few of us. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It is just a small private company. We go down to the local tea shop when we need a break. The address is a bit tucked away, so people sometimes have trouble finding the A-503 door. We’ve been here for a while now and the routine is the same every day. We just try to get through the tasks without making too much of a mess. It is a quiet place to work for the most part, except when there is construction nearby. We just do our jobs and then head home like everyone else.
