Kanika Infracon Llp

Our office is on Baner Road in Pune. We are on the second floor of Adam’s Court, right across from Hotel Mahabaleshwar. It’s a busy road with lots of traffic. Kanika Infracon LLP is a small outfit. We deal with construction and infrastructure projects around the city. Mostly, we are busy with site visits and meeting suppliers. The office is where we do the planning and the billing. It’s a decent space, though it gets a bit cramped when everyone is there at once. We’ve been working in this field for a while now. Baner has changed so much since we started. There are new buildings everywhere. We try to keep up with all the changes. It’s a lot of work coordinating with different people. Sometimes the laborers don't show up, or the cement is late. You just have to deal with it. We aren't some high-profile firm. We are just people who know how to build things. We spend a lot of time on our phones trying to get things sorted. If you come by Adam’s Court, you’ll see our name on the door. We don't have fancy coffee or anything, just a desk and some chairs. We focus on the work at hand. Every project is different, which keeps things interesting, I guess. We just want to finish our jobs on time and keep everyone happy enough to pay us. That is the main goal.
