Kanhaiya Mixed Ice Cream

We are over on Ravet 2nd Main Road in the Nanjappa Layout area. Kanhaiya Mixed Ice Cream started because we wanted to have a place where people could just stop by for something cold. The shop isn't very big, but we keep the freezers running all day. Most of the time, it's just us behind the counter scooping out the different flavors. We try to keep a good variety of things to mix in. The neighborhood gets pretty busy in the evenings with families walking around. You can find us right there near the main road. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so that’s when we usually start getting the most people coming in. We don't have fancy seating or anything, just a simple spot to get your ice cream and maybe stand outside while you eat it. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and making sure the containers are topped up. Sometimes the delivery trucks come early in the morning, and we have to move things around to make space in the back. It’s a lot of work keeping everything frozen when the power acts up, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and most of the regulars know us by name. It’s a straightforward business. We just sell ice cream and try to keep the place tidy for whoever walks through the door next.
