Our office for Kamthe Developers Private Limited is located at Gat No. 95/2, right across from the Nanekarwadi Bridge in Chakan. If you know the Khed area, you know how much it has changed recently with all the new industry coming in. We are right there in the thick of it. The bridge is a good landmark because the roads around here can get confusing if you aren't a local. We spend our mornings going through site reports and making sure the materials are where they should be. Chakan is a dusty place with all the trucks moving around, so we are always cleaning the windows. It is a practical office, not something you would see in a magazine. We have some old desks and a few chairs for visitors. We grew up around this area, so we know the land pretty well. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That is just how it goes here. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they stand up right. It takes a lot of coordination with different workers and suppliers. Most days are long, but we like being part of how Chakan is growing. We just focus on the next step in front of us and keep moving.
