We are located in Pune, up on the fifth floor of the Anuprabha building. Specifically, we're at Plot Number 11 in Pimple Nilakh. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a dairy business, being in Flat 502, but that is where we handle all the retail and production planning for Kambare Dairy Retail And Production Llp. Most of our actual production happens elsewhere, but this is the heart of the operation where the decisions are made. Pimple Nilakh is a growing area, and it can get quite congested with all the new buildings going up. We spend our days coordinating deliveries and talking to the farmers who supply our milk. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, which makes getting things up and down a bit of a chore, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy brand you see on TV; we're just a local Pune business trying to provide decent dairy products to the people around here. The staff is small, just a few of us who know each other well. We keep the office simple without any unnecessary decorations. Our focus is mainly on the quality of the milk and getting it to the customers on time. It is a busy life, and we are usually working well into the evening to make sure tomorrow’s deliveries are ready. We just want to make sure the work is done before we go home and rest for the next day.
