Our small team operates out of Flat No. 7 in Atharv Apartments. We are located in Rajiv Nagar, which is a pretty standard residential area. It doesn't really feel like a corporate headquarters because, well, it is a flat. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and low-key. There isn't a big sign outside or a glass front. You just come up to the apartment and we are there. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Inside, we have converted the rooms into workspaces. It’s got a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a main area where we sit with our laptops. Being in Rajiv Nagar means we are close to the local markets, so grabbing lunch is easy. We are a private limited company on paper, but in reality, we are just a few people trying to make things work from a flat. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of documents, but we manage. The building is a bit older, and the lift works when it wants to, but it has character. We have been here for a while and it feels like the right spot for us. There is no corporate mission statement on the wall here. We just have a calendar and some project charts. It is a plain, honest space. We do what needs to be done each day. Sometimes we work late and the halls are quiet.
