We are based in Pune at the Raksha Lekha Society, right in South Koregaon Park. Our office occupies units C 2 and 3. Being in Koregaon Park is interesting because it is a green part of the city, but it still has that busy energy. We work as enviro engineers, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about technical things and looking at project plans. The society where we are located is a quiet residential spot, so it is a nice place to get work done without too much noise from the main road. We have a mix of office space and some equipment storage. It is not a shiny new tech office; it is more of a working space where we have meetings and draw up engineering designs. We have a small kitchen where we make tea, and that is usually where the best conversations happen. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the engineering field for a long time and some younger folks who are just starting out. We do not have any corporate banners or mission statements on the walls. We just have a lot of blueprints and technical books. Sometimes we have to go out on sites, so the office is empty for a few days, and other times we are all here at once trying to finish a report. It is a straightforward engineering office where we focus on our projects and try to keep things running smoothly for our clients.
